YWCA DEMOLITION

The YWCA facility in downtown Calgary was a complete structure demolition including abatement. We demolished the gyms, racquetball courts, Olympic size pool, 3 storey office tower and 7 storey residential tower. Structural demolition was performed with a combination of the Kobelco SK1600 high reach excavator and the 460 Case high reach. The project also included complete permanent fencing, compaction and grading of the site prior to turning it back over to the owner.
