Priestly Demolition is a family business in every sense. Relationships are paramount, between the people within the company, with every client, and with the communities they serve. Founded in 1971 by Vic Priestly, what started as Priestly Contracting Limited has grown into one of the most versatile and innovative demolition companies in North America.

In 1993, Priestly Demolition Inc. (PDI) was incorporated as a unionized company with 10 employees, many of whom continue to work with Priestly today. Since that time, PDI has provided demolition, excavation, remediation, hazardous material abatement, and salvage services to the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors of the construction industry in Canada and the United States. Today, we have over 400 employees and operate in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Calgary and Virginia.
