The 700 Bay Street project was a full demolition of the 25-storey office tower. The building was located next to a residential tower, a large regional children’s hospital and occupied an entire downtown Toronto city block. In addition, PDI demolished a two-storey podium covering about 25,000 square feet attached to the residences, on top of five levels of underground parking.

PDI completed demolition work on 700 Bay Street while following noise-by-law restrictions. We completed the demolition of existing structures while adjacent to active roadways and live services overhead.
